Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund for the following reasons:

To start a return, please contact us at info@ghostsandhistory.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Items with signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing issue.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for a refund:

Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item (for example, the wrong size or colour), please contact us first.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After this time, the order may have already entered production or shipping.
